Brian C. "Fuzzy" Colburn

Brian C. “Fuzzy” Colburn, 62, of Girard, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.

Brian was born June 9, 1964 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late Stephen and Sarah Jane (Woomer) Colburn. Brian was a 1983 graduate of Girard High School. He worked for Jet Stream International, in Niles, Ohio, for the past nine years. 

He was a social member of the IFH Club in Girard. 

He was a huge fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Star Trek, and in his spare time, he liked to work on building and painting 3D models, as well as tinkering with things around the house. But most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Desirae White and her husband Eric Michael, his son Nicholas J. Colburn and his wife Annika, his wife Lisa (Bidinotto) Colburn; brothers, Stephen (Sandy) Colburn, Fran (Neomi) Colburn, Chris (Sue) Colburn and Ben (Tina) Colburn; and grandchildren, Axel, Blake, Layla, Eliana, and was anticipating the birth of his granddaughter. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th, 3:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home where the family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
