Carol A. Smith

Carol A. Smith, 82, of Warren, formerly of Liberty Twp., passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at St. Joseph Hospital in Warren.

Carol was born January 19, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Michael and Claudine (Robinson) Smith.

Carol was a faithful member of Churchill United Methodist Church. She created her own greeting card ministry, where she would send cards to many people for their birthdays and special occasions. She also loved cooking and trying new recipes, and playing her computer games.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister, Nancy R. Smith, whom she lived with for all her life, and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her sister, Ruth A. Fisher, and her brothers, Charles Smith, David Smith, Donald Smith, Michael Smith and James Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 5th, 11:00 AM at Church Hill United Methodist Church, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 until the time of service.

The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Church Memorial Fund in Carol's memory.
