Frances Elizabeth Revella

Frances Elizabeth Revella, 95, of Girard, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2025. Frances was born on May 8, 1930, the daughter of Rinaldo and Julia (Santagata) Paolone.

Frances was a certified cosmetologist and worked out of a shop in her home. She was later employed at the Dollar Bank in Youngstown.

She was a wonderful cook as well as an excellent baker. She loved to crochet and made beautiful afghans and blankets for her family and friends. Frances was also an avid bocce player and played in a league in Girard most summers.

Nothing made her happier than spending time with her family. She always put her family's needs ahead of her own.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Marsha (Dennis) Soroka of Avon Lake, Sherri (Daniel) Mochtyak of Poland and Lori (Brian O'Malley) Revella of Girard; grandchildren, Luke Soroka, Justin (Jenny) Soroka, James (Fiancee Gina) Petruzzi, Kenny (Colleen) Suich and Liza (Cody) Yavorsky; and great-grandchildren, Andrew and Grace Soroka, Evelyn and Audrey Soroka and Barrett Yavorsky.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, Sam, and her siblings, Mary Shiley, Celia Matteo, Marguerite Capella, Amelia Ragozine and Reynold Paolone.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 15th, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Rose Church, 48 Main Street Girard, Ohio, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM.
