James Wallace Douglas

James Wallace Douglas, 54, of McDonald, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 12, 2024, at his home. James was born January 5, 1970 in Wishek, North Dakota.

James was a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He had worked for MQS in Solon, Ohio as a Non-destructive Testing Specialist. He was currently working for the O'Reilly Hub Warehouse in Liberty Twp.

James was a member of the Girard Multi-Generational Center where he planted and cared for several garden plots. He enjoyed gardening and sharing the produce he grew. He also enjoyed cooking, traveling, and playing board games with friends in person and online.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, John and Loretta (Schloss) Douglas.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 6 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
