James E. Lewis, 89, of Girard, passed away on March 20, 2024 at Continuing Health Care at the Ridge. James was born May 4, 1934 in Youngstown, Ohio the son of James and Margaret ( Keegan) Lewis. He attended the Ohio State University which led to him being a lifelong fan and being a season ticket holder for close to 65 years. He received his Bachelor's Degree in business and served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Girard First United Methodist Church.

James is survived by nieces and nephews; Pamela (Charles) Ruby, Richard "Pete" (Elise Burkey) Magill and Margaret "Peggy" (James) Celedonia; great nieces and nephews, Amanda (Ruby) Marrie, Shannon (Ruby) Patel, Melissa (Ruby) Barriger, Joel Celedonia, Justin Celedonia, Kaylin (Celedonia) Mullins, Sarah (Celedonia) Wolfe, Megan Celedonia, Emily Magill and Evan Magill.
