Janice "Janny" Lee (Reese) Seidel

Janice “Janny” Reese Seidel, formerly of Girard, diedat home Friday, June 2 after a long illness. She was 69.
Janny graduated from Girard High School in 1966.She was an active, life-long member of Girard First United
Methodist Church.She was a devoted wife and mother whose lifecentered around her home and family. She is survived by
her husband of 49 years, Edward E. Seidel; children, Erick(Missy), Ethan (Amy), and Chalet; her grandchildren
Gavin, Reagan, Reid, and Murphy and her sister, JuanitaKay (Rodney) Hawk.Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Myron
and Juanita Reese, and her brother, Henry.A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday atthe Girard First United Methodist Church followed by a
reception with light refreshments.The family has requested that material tributes takethe form of donations to the American Heart Association.
