Leslie Dawn Gardner, 49, of Liberty Twp., died Sunday June 3, 2012 at her residence. Leslie was born October 8, 1962 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Ronald L. and Margaret Coberley Burkett. She had worked for 10 years as a substitute teacher for special needs children, and was an ordained minister, She was a member of A.D.F. and loved reading, writing, art and music. Besides her father of Tampa, Florida, she is survived by her children Sara (Anthony) Ciccarelli of Boardman and Kaleb Gardner of Liberty Twp, sister Susan Giacomo and Tampa, Florida, brother Lennel Anderson of Arlington, Texas and a grandson Anthony W. Ciccarelli II. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, 7:00 PM at the Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard where the family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the service.
