Maria P. D'Avanzo, 42, of Liberty Twp., passed away on April 15, 2026, after a lenghtly illness, at Select Specialty Hospital in Boardman.
Maria was born October 13, 1983, a daughter to Pasquale and Christine M. (Polois) D'Avanzo.
Maria was a avid Steelers Fan. She loved animals, especially her cat Binx, who misses her presence already. Her favorite color was always purple,. She loved her special candy treats, and she always looked forward to the fall season. She also enjoyed collecting her Beanie Babies.
She will be sadly missed by her mother, Christine, and leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, Pasquale.
Visitaiton will be held on Saturday, April 25th, 12:00 - 2:00 PM with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
Maria will be laid to rest at Churchill Cemetery next to her father.
