Rosemarie Fissel

Rosemarie Fissel, 63, of Girard, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018, at Liberty Health Care Center.  Rosemarie was born August 2, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Donald and Frances ( Tomalka) Garrett. Rosemarie loved children, especially her grandchildren, and was a professional nanny for many years. She enjoyed nascar and was an avid Steelers fan. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Wayne Fissel, whom she married September 25, 1993, her daughter, Francine Garrett of Girard, her grandchildren; Lexee Rose, Anthony and Angelina, her sisters; Linda (William) McCale of Austintown, and Donna Thomas of Liberty, brothers; Joseph (Beverly) Kuzan Sr., of Austintown, James (Debbie) Kuzan Sr. of Austintown, George (Tammy) Garrett Sr. of Vienna, and Paul "Butch" (Missy) Garrett of Hilton Head, SC., and her sister-in-law Kathy Kuzan of Austintown.  Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, John Kuzan. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 20th, 8:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
