Teddy Meckulch

Teddy Meckulch, 55, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

Teddy was born in Youngstown, Ohio on July 22, 1963 to Charlotte and Tom Meckulch.  After graduation from Girard High School in 1981, Teddy attended Youngstown State University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.  During college, Teddy began working at a local Arby’s, and he worked there until he moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1996.  In 1997, he began working for Honda.  While working full time, Teddy always made time to volunteer at school activities for his daughter, Carlie.  Teddy was an amazing father to Carlie, and he loved spending time with his family.  Teddy’s dogs, Cloud and Rusty, were also a big part of his life.  Teddy enjoyed coloring, playing Yahtzee, doing crossword puzzles, and watching Ohio State football games.  Teddy’s smile and laugh will be missed by many.

Teddy is survived by his daughter, Carlie Meckulch of Dublin, Ohio, his dear friend, Roz Meckulch of Dublin, Ohio, his sister, Sherry Willrich of Girard, Ohio, his brother, Johnny Meckulch (and Betty) of Girard, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Teddy was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Rick Willrich.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 9th, 6:30 PM, at Blackstone Funeral Home, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
