Theodore Roberts

Theodore (Ted) Roberts, 68, of Howland, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the Hospice House in Poland. Ted was born May 18, 1949, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Ted and Anna (Koranicki) Roberts. He was a 1967 graduate of Girard High School and a 1971 graduate of John Carroll University. Ted had retired from his role in production control at Delphi Packard Electric after 33 years. He enjoyed watching and playing sports, especially golf and billiards, and was an avid Ohio St. Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians fan. Ted was a family man and loyal friend to many. He cherished his time with his family, children and grandchildren. Most of all, he enjoyed making people laugh. He leaves his wife of 45 years, Norma (Mushrush) Roberts, his son, Ryan (Megan) Roberts of Chicago, Illinois, daughter, Amber Roberts (Fiancée Stephen Ricciardelli) of New York City, sisters; Christina (Frank) Bigowski of Howland, Brenda Roberts of Girard and Renee (Bob) Evans of Florida, and his grandchildren; Elizabeth (Ellie), Jack and Benjamin. Besides his parents, Ted is preceded in death by his son Keith. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 26th, 4:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
