Thomas S. Kolic

Thomas S. Kolic ,63, of Niles, passed away unexpectedly at his home on April 7, 2024. 

He was born on May 8, 1960, in Warren, Ohio, a son to Thomas and Josephine (Sabino) Kolic. 

Thomas was a proud 1978 graduate of Girard High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business from Youngstown State University. 

Thomas had a rich tapestry of hobbies and interests that brought joy to his life. He found solace in playing bocce and was a part  of the "BBB" bocce club with his friends. Cooking brought him immense pleasure, with his homemade sausage and peppers being a favorite among loved ones. His green thumb flourished through gardening, and he passionately supported the Cleveland Indians and Browns as a devoted fan.

Thomas will be dearly missed by his surviving family and friends, including his mother, Josephine Kolic; children, Thomas A. Kolic (Samantha Soda) and Christina Kolic (Bruce Hileman); and significant other, Karen Martini. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Kolic, and brother, Michael Kolic.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 12th, 12:00 PM at St. Rose Church in Girard, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service. 

Thomas will be laid to rest at Niles City Cemetery.
