Thomas "Jack" J. Tocco

Thomas "Jack" John Tocco, 95, of Liberty Twp., formerly of Michigan, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Liberty Healthcare. Jack was born January 23, 1924, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late Peter and Violet (Wagner) Tocco. He proudly served his country in the Army Air Corps during WWII. Jack had worked for Burroughs Corporation where he worked on computers and later retired. He loved to golf and played up until his nineties. Jack leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Sandra (Joseph) Acerra of Girard, his son in law Scott Gearig, his grandchildren, Justin (Katy) Acerra, Haldre Rafferty (Wes),  Alison (Eric) Kish, and Corey (Emily) Fountain, and his great grandchildren, Abbie, Nick, Joey, Jayla, and Kya. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose (Booth) Tocco, whom he married October 19, 1946, and died December 24, 2013, his daughter Jackie Gearig, and his brothers, Peter and Bud Tocco.
