Bill Lowry

Our beloved Billy was cruelly taken from this earth in the early hours of Saturday, July 30th, 2022.

Son to William and Sherri Lowry. Brother to Sara, Jake and Nicholas.

Born and raised in McDonald, Ohio, Bill graduated class of 2009. Shortly after,  Billy courageously enlisted in the USMC during a wartime. He fought honorably in Operation Enduring Freedom as an Infantryman with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines.

Being around Bill was a good time. He brought fun and laughter into everything he did regardless of the situation. His energy would lift your spirits and lighten your load.

Above all he loved being with his family. Hanging out on the Lake or playing cornhole in the backyard. He loved to play with his niece. He adored her and loved their time together.

He is survived by Kilo, grandma Jackie, Mom and Dad, Sara and Frankie, Jake, Nick and Jenna. His niece Charlie Rose and the expected baby Mirabelli.

These children will never get to know how great of a man their uncle was. How much he cherished and loved them. He will be mourned now and missed forever.

Matthews 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn; For they will be comforted.

Calling hours will be on Thursday, August 4th at Blackstone Funeral Home from 3:00- 6:00 PM where a service will follow at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation be made to a veterans charity of choice, in Bill's name.
