Giuseppe Ragozzino

Giuseppe Ragozzino, 75, of Girard, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday August 18, 2021, in the comfort of his home. Giuseppe was born March 12, 1946 in Italy, a son of the late, Agostino and Pasqulina (Racioppi) Ragozzino. He had worked at General Motors on the assembly line for 25 years. Giuseppe was a parishioner at St. Rose Church in Girard and a member of the IFH Club in Girard.

He was a hard worker who would do anything for his family. Family meant everything to Giuseppe. He was a joker and could make anyone laugh. He enjoyed singing, dancing, making homemade wine, playing cards and bocce and watching soccer. But most of all he adored his time spent with his grandchildren.

Giuseppe truly loved everyone and was everyone's best friend. Anyone who had a chance to be a part of his life knew what a selfless man he was, who would do anything for anyone. He will truly be missed by all his many family and friends.

Giuseppe leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 55 years, who he referred to her as his "my love", Carmela (Carusone) Ragozzino, who he married December 20, 1965; his children, Lina (Guy) Marra of New Jersey, Rose Ragozzino of Girard, Anna (Keith) Barber of Girard, and Agostino (Meghan) Ragozzino of Girard; sister, Giovannina Acerra of Italy; and his beloved grandchildren, Gino, Joseph, Olivia, Isabella, Elena, Mia, Marie, Julia, and Carmela. Besides his parents Giuseppe is preceded in death by his brothers, Antonio and Domenico Ragozzino; and sister, Maria Giordano.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 21st, 11:00 AM at St. Rose Church in Girard. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Giuseppe will be laid to rest at Pineview Memorial Park.
