John E. Beale, 67, of Austintown, passed away ,Thursday, March 12, 2020 at his residene following a brief illness. John was born October 16, 1952, the son of Edwin J. and Patricia (Ruggiero) Beale. John was a 1971 graduate of Girard High School. After graduating, John served his country in the US Navy. He had worked for various companies though out his life. He was an avid reader, always going to the library, he had a knowledge about a little bit of everything. He enjoyed playing the guitar and loved his cats. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Patricia Beale, of Mineral Ridge, his brother, Edwin (Sara) Beale III, of Fairport, New York, sisters, Cynthia Beale, of Girard, and Jacqueline Lanterman, of Niles, niece, Danielle, nephews, Austin, Dylan, Joshua and Daniel, great-nieces, Ellie and Maggie and great-nephews, Jack and Henry. He is preceded in death by his father Edwin. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 20th, 7:00 PM at Blackstone Funeral Home, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 PM until the time of service. John will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery. The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the wounded warrior project.
